This was his first public gathering after his party was de-recognised by the Indian Election Commission as a national party.
Digital Desk: The Trinamool Congress (TMC), Abhishek Banerjee attacked the BJP during a rally in West Bengal for several issues and questioned the public, “Did you get acche din?”
"You voted for BJP and made BJP win in the 2019 Lok Sabha election, thinking products prices would be cut, the price of petrol would be down, and you believed in '56 inch chati'," he stated while speaking to a crowd. Yet, where is the BJP? The past four years have brought you nothing. Did you get achche din?”
"Violence will occur if you base your vote on the Hindu-Muslim Balakot attack, and your rights won't be protected. Don't vote solely on your religion," added Banerjee.
"You voted for Ram Mandir. The Ram Mandir is being built. Yet, if you had voted for your rights, they may have been secured. So, you must choose your problems. Now, you can see on television how our prime minister is massaging the trunk of an elephant. The following vote must be given in favour of development and Bengali rights," added Banerjee"
The TMC leader stated, "In 2019, you cast votes in support of your religion. Ram Mandir is being built in place of the nation's schools, colleges, institutions, and hospitals.”
He added, "Bankura's BJP Legislator Niladri Sekhar Dana's daughter got a job in AIIMS illegally," about the corruption problem. If we discover corruption, we quickly expel them, and you reward them."
