West Bengal's cabinet is set to be reshuffled, with CM Mamata Banerjee bringing in 4-5 new faces

All their tasks must be completed because Partha is in prison. "Not something I could manage alone," she told the media.

    Digital Desk: West
Bengal is planning a cabinet overhaul after CM Mamata Banerjee's government was
left without ministers owing to deaths and arrests. According to the
announcement made by CM Mamata Banerjee on Monday, 4-5 new faces would be added
    to the cabinet on Wednesday.

    Following Partha
Chatterjee's arrest by the ED in connection with the WBSSC jobs scam, a top TMC
politician and WB minister, has happened. Subrata Mukherjee and Sadhan
Pande, two additional WB ministers, have just passed away. The new ministry is
not intended to replace the current one, according to the CM.

    "A number of
them write frequently. We do not intend to disband the current ministry and
start a new one. Yes, there will be a change in personnel. Sadhan Pande and
Subrata Mukherjee lost as ministers. All their tasks must be completed because
Partha is in prison. "Not something I could manage alone," she told
    the media.

    In addition, Bengal,
which previously had 23 districts, has 7 new districts that the CM has
announced. Sunderban, Ichhemati, Ranaghat, Bishnupur, Jangipur, Behrampur, and
one more district to be named in Basirhat are among the seven new districts,
    according to her.
