Reportedly, the accident took place as a four-wheeler and a truck hit straight on. The accident claimed the lives of three members of the same family.

The deceased have been identified as Taufiq Rahman Ansari, Beauty Ansari, and a child, Zoheb Rahman. The child was Taufiq's nephew, and the deceased woman was his sister-in-law.

Reportedly, they were en route to Biswanath Chariali for the nephew's medical care when the tragedy happened.
