Digital Desk: An earthquake of 3.2 magnitude hits Assam on Wednesday, (March 8, 2023), an official bulletin said. The quake was recorded at 3:59 am epicentered at Kamrup at a depth of 10 km, according to the National Center for Seismology.

There was no immediate report of any injury to anyone or damage to any property.

The northeastern region is in a high seismic zone, making earthquakes frequently hit the region.
