Digital Desk: At least six people were killed and 15 others injured after a luxury bus collided with a trailer truck in Gujarat's Vadodara in the wee hours of Tuesday. The injured have been sent to hospitals where they are receiving medical attention.
According to reports, the luxury bus was travelling from Rajasthan to Surat when the disaster occurred around 4 am. A police officer confirmed that the vehicle struck the trailer truck from behind as it attempted to pass it on a bridge over the highway.

According to Dr. VL Tiwari, the media liaison officer at SSG Hospital in Vadodara, "At least six persons died and 15 were critically injured after a luxury bus crashed with a trailer truck on Vadodara's Kapurai Bridge national highway."
Five people, including four family members, were killed in a car accident in Haryana's Hisar district earlier on Sunday.
On Sunday night, the tragedy happened on the Jind-Bhiwani road close to the Baas village in the Narnaund subdivision.
Police reported that four people were killed when a truck travelling in the opposite direction crashed head-on with an automobile. Two motorcycles were also hit as a result of the incident, and one of the riders perished.
According to authorities, the truck flipped and the incident left the car with significant damage.
