The impact of the collision caused severe injuries to a woman travelling in the van
Digital Desk: Today, a road accident was reported in Tingkhong, Dibrugarh leaving several people injured, including a woman who is reported to be in critical condition.
The incident took at an area along the Moran–Naharkatia road, where a Maruti van (AS06Z3778), reportedly travelling at high speed from the Naharkatia side, rammed into two parked four-wheelers by the roadside, a Swift Dzire (AS01BZ0173) and a Mahindra Thar (AS06AK9565).
As per reports, the impact of the collision caused severe injuries to a woman travelling in the Maruti van, while several others, including a child, also sustained injuries.
The critically injured woman has been referred to Assam Medical College and Hospital in Dibrugarh for emergency treatment. Further details are awaited.
