Digital Desk: Aditya Singh Rajput, 32, was found dead in the bathroom of his Mumbai apartment on Monday (May 22). According to several media reports, he died after an alleged drug overdose.
The popular model and actor, who had recently been focusing on his career as a casting coordinator, was found unconscious inside his 11-floor Andheri high-rise in the afternoon by one of his friends.
His friend, along with a watchman from the building in Mumbai's Lokhandwala area, reportedly rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
The Mumbai police stated that the body of Aditya Singh Rajput has been sent for a post-mortem examination, and an inquiry into the matter is going on.
Aditya Singh Rajput was born in Delhi and began his career as a model. He rose to fame after appearing on reality shows such as Splitsvilla Season 9, Love, Ashiqui, Code Red, Aawaz Season 9, and Bad Boy Season 4, among others.
The actor has starred in films like as 'Krantiveer' and 'Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara,' and has been featured in over 300 advertisements over the past years.
