Digital desk: Actor Ram Charan is about to get another honor. On April 13, Vels University in Chennai would bestow upon him an honorary doctorate. Director Shankar, as well as Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, have already received this honor.
Ram has received praise for his roles in several movies after making his feature film debut in 2007 with Chirutha. He has received numerous awards throughout the years, including Nandi Awards, Filmfare, and South Indian International Movie Awards. In the category of Best Actor for RRR, he was also nominated for a Critics' Choice Award.
