Digital Desk: Popular TV actress Rupa Dutta was arrested for alleged pickpocketing at the International Kolkata Book Fair, police said on Sunday. Dutta, who has appeared in television soaps, was arrested on Saturday after a police officer spotted her throwing a purse into a dustbin, according to an officer of Bidhan Nagar North police station. Following this, she was arrested and interrogated, during which discrepancies in her answers were found.
