The study claims that Jeff Bezos, the executive chairman of Amazon, has surpassed Gautam Adani to become the third richest person in the world, while Adani's rating has dropped to fourth from first.
Amazon, the largest online store in the world, was founded by Jeff Bezos. Through its main website, Bezos' Seattle-based business provides electronics, home goods, and other products. He also holds ownership of Blue Origin, a space exploration business.
As of 24 January 2023, Jeff Bezos' net worth increased to $121 billion, whereas Gautam Adani, the chairman of the Indian conglomerate Adani Group, now has a net worth of $120 billion. Bernard Arnault, who has $188 billion in wealth, is still the world's richest person, according to Bloomberg data. In the last 24 hours, Gautam Adani's net worth dropped by $872 million, and he has lost $683 million so far this year.
