Digital Desk: Amitabh Bachchan introduced the Family Special Week on Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 15. In the most recent episode, he spoke with contestants Chamatkari Chattopadhyay, Dhrubarub, Sunirmala, and Nandita. During the show, Amitabh Bachchan opened up about his family and said that being among them makes him feel like a sandwich.
That occurred when Chattopadhyays talked about how he was torn between his mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. "I can understand, even if I become a sandwich at home with everyone," Amitabh stated. But my favorite thing about my family is how different we are. My son, Abhishek Bachchan, got married in the south, while my daughter, Shweta Bachchan, got married in Punjab. We have people from all across the country, it’s like a mini India and we love it.”
For those who don't know, Amitabh Bachchan's son Abhishek Bachchan tied the knot with actor Aishwarya Rai in 2007. They have a daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. On the other hand, Amitabh Bachchan's daughter Shweta married businessman Nikhil Nanda in 1997. Nikhil is also the son of industrialist Rajan Nanda and his wife Ritu Nanda, who happens to be the daughter of Raj Kapoor.
The two children of Shweta and Nikhil are Agastya Nanda and Navya Naveli Nanda. While Navya will not be entering the film industry, Agastya will be making his Bollywood debut in The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar. Amitabh talks a lot about his family on the show.
