Digital Desk: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan have gifted their iconic bungalow, Prateeksha, located in Mumbai's Juhu, to their daughter Shweta Nanda. The bungalow, situated in the Vitthalnagar Cooperative Housing Society, spans two plots totaling 674 square meters and 890.47 square meters, with an estimated combined value of Rs 50.63 crore.
The generous act was formalized through two separate gift deeds signed on November 8, accompanied by a stamp duty payment of Rs 50.65 lakh for the deed's registration.
Prateeksha holds immense sentimental value for the Bachchan family, having been their residence during the early years of Amitabh Bachchan's illustrious career. Additionally, the megastar owns two other luxurious bungalows in Juhu, namely Jalsa and Janak.
