Digital Desk: The situation worsens in Itanagar, as people protested over Tumi Gangkak, a former Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) undersecretary death, he was found hanging on Friday at the Ganga Lake area, along the Jote-Poma road. Gangkak's most recent message to the WhatsApp group was sent at about 4:58 p.m. The CBI summoned him at 3:30 pm, and he went missing around 4:30 pm, with his phone turned off.
The death of the former undersecretary has worsened the APPSC paper leak scam. The scandal has already shaken the state's primary recruitment organisation.
