Digital Desk: An earthquake of 3.3 magnitude jolted Arunachal Pradesh's Tawang on Saturday morning, an official bulletin said. The earthquake occurred at 6:56 a.m. today. So far, no damage to property or casualties has been reported.

"Earthquake of Magnitude: 3.3, Occurred on 22-07-2023, 06:56:08 IST, Lat: 27.44 & Long: 92.51, Depth: 5 Km, Location: Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh," a tweet from National Center for Seismology read.

The National Center for Seismology is the nodal institution for monitoring earthquake activity.

On May 22, an earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale struck Arunachal Pradesh. Tremors were reported at around 8:15 a.m., around 86 kilometers southeast of Changlang, according to the National Center for Seismology (NCS).
