Lakhimpur: On the occasion of the 21st foundation day, Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Parishad (AYJP) celebrates its day in Lakhimpur on Sunday, following Covid protocols.

The organization has arranged a program at Ahu Chaol Gaon Ranga Mancha in North Lakhimpur town.

The schedule of the lowkey commemoration of the celebration commenced with the unfurling of the organizational flag by district leader Haren Baruah.

There were other personalities such as Cultural activists Prasanna Sarmah, Deepa Das, Jagriti Sangeet Vidyalaya principal Jebi Saikia present in the program and addressed on the occasion.

The dignitaries of the group repeated its requirements to allow full independent status to Assam and present inner line permission (ILP) in the State.

All displayed resentment against the Union and State governments by stating that both governments had been adapting their stubborn years to these reasonable demands established by the organization.

The Bihpuria, Narayanpur, Laluk, Kadam, Siyajuli provincial councils under the Lakhimpur district section of AJYP additionally witnessed the event in their corresponding domain by establishing due applications.
