Digital Desk: Following an official report from RWFC, Guwahati (Regional Weather Forecasting Centre) on July 25, Assam and the other North-East states are projected to have heavy to hefty rainfall during the following few days.

As of July 26, Assam can expect heavy rain in most locations, along with thunder and lightning.
Rainfall will be heavy to severe in most of Assam along with neighbouring states on July 27.
As the weather pattern continues through July 28, heavy thunder and lightning rain will prevail in many areas of Northeast India.
The usual pattern of rainfall will continue till July 29, with most regions in Assam and neighbouring states expected to receive heavy to extremely heavy rainfall, according to the prediction projection.
