Digital Desk: In a shocking incident, a young woman was found dead at her rented residence in the Hengrabari area of Guwahati on Sunday.
As per initial reports, the woman who lived in a rented space near Amrit Udyan in the Hengrabari area of the city was found dead.
The deceased woman was originally from Dhemaji, Assam, said officials. Currently, her name is being withheld.
After learning about the incident, Dispur Police arrived on the spot without delay to recover the body. According to the police, an inquiry has been launched into the situation.
