Digital Desk: In a surprising turn of events, former minister Nilamani Sen Deka's elder son Rajarshi Deka has been accused of domestic violence against his wife on Friday.
As per preliminary reports, the accused son and family has been torturing his wife both physically and mentally for the past year following the victim's discovery that her spouse was a divorcee.
The victim and the minister's son Rajarshi tied the knot on March 9, 2022.
Additionally, it has come to light that the victim's mother-in-law has been torturing her for the past year.
However, no case has been lodged in relation to the incident so far, multiple images showing the victim woman's severe injury marks have been received by the local media.
The pictures of the assault marks are yet to be ascertained by the Assam police.
