Digital Desk: A worker at the Dakhinhengera Tea Estate in Assam's Golaghat district suffered serious injuries after being attacked by a leopard in a horrible incident.  


According to authorities, the event occurred on Friday, and the victim, known as Ranjit Urang, was injured on his hands and head during the attack.


Ranjit was promptly admitted to the Swahid Kushal Konwar Civil Hospital in Golaghat for medical care after prompt action was taken.


Earlier that day, on June 7, a leopard on the prowl attacked a tea garden worker in Assam's Golaghat district, leaving him severely injured.


As reported by sources, the leopard attacked the man while he was working in a tea garden in Golaghat, causing severe injuries.


The injured worker was identified as Bubul Mirdha, who evaded the leopard's attack before being murdered. 


Locals quickly took him to the hospital in severe condition for treatment.
