Ms. Chutia, who was a member of the security detail, is seen stepping onto the stage without being invited. She then engages inappropriately, giving well-known Assamese singer Zubeen Garg hugs, kisses, and touches to his feet while he is performing.
It is to be noted that Chutia has been suspended from her job as a result of the event, which has drawn indignation and spurred immediate action from the authorities. Given that the video shows a law enforcement agent acting inappropriately, especially at a public event where professionalism and duty observance are required, it has garnered criticism.
