The new committee is expected to play a pivotal role in promoting Nepali literature and culture in the state.


Digital Desk: The oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected Executive Committee of the Assam Nepali Sahitya Sabha is set to commence on Sunday at the DRDA Guest House in Kaziranga. The new committee was formed at the 16th triennial conference held at Sarupathar. 


The newly elected committee includes President Dr. Chintamani Sharma, Executive President Dr. Induprabha Devi, and General Secretary Tilak Sharma. The oath-taking ceremony will be attended by outgoing and newly elected officials, members selected from districts for the central committee, the president and secretary of the BTR regional committee, presidents and secretaries of all districts, and the president and secretary of the women's cell. 


The new committee is expected to play a pivotal role in promoting Nepali literature and culture in the state.
