Educational Qualification for the post of Senior Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering with a minimum grade point average of 65 percent.
- Senior Officer (Public Affairs): A two-year postgraduate degree in mass communication, public relations, social work, or rural management with a minimum 60 percent mark is required.
- Senior Officer (HR): MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management/HR/HRD/HRM of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks OR Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labor Welfare of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks OR Minimum 2 years full-time experience in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labor Welfare A minimum of 60% in a postgraduate diploma in PM/IR/Labour Welfare is required. OR a PGDM / MBA with a specialization in HR from an IIM with a minimum of 60% and a two-year duration.
Educational Qualification for the post of Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any discipline of minimum 04 years duration with minimum 65% marks with SAP HCM certificate and has 03 years post qualification experience.
Educational Qualification for the post of Superintending Medical Officer:
- MD / DNB from a reputed Medical College / University recognized by the Medical Council of India.
Educational Qualification for the post of Superintending Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering of minimum 4 years duration with minimum 65% marks OR
- Bachelor's degree in any branch of Engineering of minimum 4 years duration with Master's degree in Environmental Engineering of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks OR
- Master's degree in Environmental Science of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks
- Having minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
Educational Qualification for the post of Senior Security Officer:
- Graduate of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a University / Institute recognized by Govt. of India and approved by UGC / appropriate statutory authority with minimum 2 years post qualification experience.
Educational Qualification for the post of Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Audit:
- Associate Member of ICAI / ICMAI.
- Computer Based Test
