Guwahati: Assam Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) 2021, for the Lower Primary and Upper Primary levels has been rescheduled, announced Education minister, Dr. Ranoj Pegu on Tuesday.

TET 2021, scheduled to be held on October 24, will now be held on October 31.

The education minister tweeted, “TET for LP and UP Level-2021 will be held on October 31, 2021. Earlier it was scheduled to be held on October 24, 2021.”

The minister has also shared an official notification issued by the Special Commissioner to the Government of Assam Elementary and Secondary Education Department cum Chairman, Empowered Committee, TET.

The new date for the issue of the Assam TET admit card has not been announced yet. However, earlier, it was expected to release on October 10.
