Digital Desk: India's Vice President, Jagdeep Dhankhar, will pay a visit to Guwahati on October 30.
Guwahati Traffic Police issued a notice on October 30 placing certain limitations on vehicle movement.
As per the notice given, the following vehicle movement limitations have been enforced- See Here
1 Commercial goods carrying vehicles with four wheels or more will be prohibited from plying on NH-27 and NH-17 in Guwahati City from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on October 30, 2023.
2 Commercial goods carrying vehicles with three wheels or more will be prohibited from plying on AT Road, DG Road, MG Road, Tyabullah Road, GNB Road, B. Barooah Road, and GS Road from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 30, 2023.
3 To ensure the safety of the public, particularly vulnerable road users such as children, students, women, senior citizens, and differently-abled people on the road, and to allow free passage to emergency vehicles such as ambulances and fire tenders.
