The Assam Forest Department issued the decision to reserve a seat for security considerations...

Digital Desk: Keeping certain safety, Kaziranga National Park has suspended elephant safari services permanently beginning December 24th, Sunday, according to recent statements.

According to reports, the suspension is in response to a request to reserve a seat on each elephant for forest department officials. The Assam Forest Department issued the decision to reserve a seat for security considerations.

However, the national park authorities have deemed this impossible and have expressed their displeasure. They have stated that they were mistreated during a meeting with the DFO about this topic.

The elephant safari will stay closed until an acceptable conclusion is reached.

However, the occurrence has been termed 'unfortunate' by the authorities for all visitors who love Elephant Safaris at the National Park.
