In Mumbai, the Indian 4x100m relay team is undergoing an intensive training camp.
The team features India's fastest sprinter and Assam's pride, Amlan Borgohain, along with seven other top sprinters from across the country.
Amlan Borgohain, a former national champion and record-holder in the 100m and 200m sprints, is undergoing rigorous training to excel in these prestigious global events.
Before competing on the international stage, Borgohain is set to participate in the Relay Carnival, scheduled for March 28 in Chandigarh.
Under the expert guidance of British coach James Hillier, the Indian relay team, currently training in Mumbai includes Amlan Borgohain, Monikanta Hoblidhar, Gurindervir Singh and Animesh Kujur.
Notably, this team made history last year by breaking a 15-year-old national record in the 4x100m relay with an impressive time of 38.69 seconds.
