Guwahati: Students of B.Borooah college is under the threat of the severe virus. As per reports, the college reported six positive cases today.

The Assam health department stated, "The covid test has been conducted among 40 percent of the students out of which 6 were infected with the virus."

However, the college authorities have not taken any proper measures for the safety of the students. The classes continue in full swing. The college is yet to cancel the continuation of the regular classes.

One of the college students alleged that the authority is continuing all the classes with 150 students at a class and around six students on a bench hence violating the government-imposed covid protocol.

Sources have also stated that 60% of the students are yet to be tested.
