Digital Desk: Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, have once again found themselves in legal trouble. The Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) of Mumbai filed a 200-page charge sheet against Bharti and Harsh before the court. In 2020, the couple was arrested in connection with a drug case and is currently out on bail.

Bharti and Haarsh were detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in 2020 on suspicion of having a minor amount of marijuana and drug consumption. They were detained during a raid at their Andheri West home and office, which resulted in the seizure of 86.50 grams of marijuana. They were given bail against a bond of Rs 15,0000 each.

ANI confirmed this and tweeted, "Mumbai NCB files a 200-page charge sheet against comedian Bharti Singh and her husband, Harsh Limbachiya, before the court. They were arrested in 2020 in connection with a drug case, they are currently out on bail: NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau). "

Earlier, an NCB officer stated, "Both Bharti and her husband, Haarsh Limbachiya, accepted the use of Ganja."

The search was part of an NCB investigation into alleged drug use in the entertainment industry.

Bharti and Haarsh were charged under the NDPS Act's sections 20(b)(ii)(A) (involving a small number of drugs), 8(c) (possession of drugs), and 27 (consumption of drugs).

Bharti and Haarsh Limbachiyaa have a six-month-old son, Lakshya.

Meanwhile, she is currently the host of the singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs 2022.
