Digital Desk: On Thursday, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut lauded the Bhartiya Janata Party's election administration, saying the party is winning in four of the five states where polls were held in seven stages. According to Raut, the BJP's triumph is a result of their electoral management.

Meanwhile, even as the BJP emerges as the single largest party in Goa, the Congress voiced confidence on Thursday that it will form the next government in the coastal state with the aid of other political parties, despite the fact that final results have still to be published.
According to the Election Commission of India, the BJP has won five seats and is leading in 15 others in the coastal state, where voting is now taking place.
A senior party source said the BJP's legislature wing will meet around 4 p.m. in the state capital Panaji to decide on the group leader.
