Guwahati: Heated situation reported in Malang Jaipur area in Assam-Meghalaya border today just before the arrival of Assam Minister Atul Bora.
As per reports, miscreants from Meghalaya’s side with sticks in hand breaks the stage where the meeting was scheduled to be held.

Moreover, they destroyed all the banners and posters.
Currently, the situation is controlled by the police from both states.
Official reports stated that a meeting was organized at the Assam-Meghalaya border to address the interstate border issue among the people of the four villages.
As per sources, presently, Minister Atul Bora reached the spot where the incident had taken place.
