Digital Desk: Despite mounting pressure to resign, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson told legislators on Wednesday that he would "stay on" despite a wave of resignations from his cabinet, including that of two important ministers.

In answer to a query from a politician from his own party asking if the prime minister thought there were any situations in which he should resign, Johnson made the comments in parliament. ’

Clearly, Johnson told parliament, "If there were conditions where I believed it was difficult for the government to continue and discharge the mandate that we've been given, or if I felt, for example, that we were being hindered in our desire to support the Ukrainian people, then I would."
