As per sources, Arfat Ali had kept the cash inside his home after he sold a piece of land in Guwahati's Hatigaon.

Digital Desk: A cash amount of Rs 1 crore was robbed in broad daylight from a person's home in Assam's Guwahati on Friday. 
Arfat Ali has been identified as the victim.

As per sources, Arfat Ali had kept the cash inside his home after he sold a piece of land in Guwahati's Hatigaon.

Ali has filed an FIR at the Paltan Bazaar Police Station in connection with the incident.

Meanwhile, police have initiated huge search efforts to apprehend the perpetrators.

On the other hand, a sum of Rs 8 lakhs left by the burglars has been retrieved from Arfat's home.
