Covid-19 vaccines in a way for the 12-18 age group. A policy will formulate on vaccinating after approval, and the Center told the Delhi High Court on July 16. Additional Solicitor General Chetan Sharma said the division bench of Chief Justice D N Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh that Zydus Cadila, developing DNA vaccines concluded its trials for the 12-18 age group. Sarma also states the availability of the vaccine shortly, looking at the statutory permissions. 

Sarma also said that the Drug Controller General of India permitted Bharat Biotech, the maker of Covaxin, to conduct clinical vaccine trials for the 2-18 group. It was submitted in response to a petition that wanted minors and their parents to be made a priority group in Delhi’s vaccination drive.
