Ladakh: The PLA (People’s Liberation Army) soldier that transgressed over to the Indian side of LAC (Line of Actual Control) in Eastern Ladakh, was handed back to China today morning.

The handing over took place at Chushul-Moldo at 10.10 am, the Army said. He was apprehended on the early hours of January 8 after he transgressed across the Line of Actual Control, south of Pangong Tso lake in Eastern Ladakh.

During the handing over, interrogation on both sides was carried out and a medical examination on the PLA soldier was carried out.
