MLA Aminul Islam claimed that there is no "Modi wave" across the country...

Digital Desk: Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government in the Centre, Aminul Islam, an AIUDF MLA, claimed on Monday that the "Modi wave," which once swept the nation, is no longer.

Aminul Islam, an MLA for the AIUDF and the party's general secretary claimed that there is no "Modi wave" across the country.

Aminul Islam stated, "Assembly elections in five states are approaching. It is clear that the Modi wave is now over and gradually descending and the wave is not working anymore. Because earlier they had made so many promises but failed to maintain everything.”

He added that there has previously been a powerful Modi wave throughout the nation, similar to "Har Har Modi Ghar Ghar Modi."

“But this time Modi wave is not there. Due to the price hike, the sale of practically all homes, and widespread mismanagement, the people have already declared their opposition to PM Modi. Now, the common public no longer believes BJP,” he said.

In addition, the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) leader claimed that Haryana-style violence might erupt in Assam, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and assembly elections in five states.

"The BJP and RSS will try whatever to win the public's support in the 2024 general elections or the Assembly elections in five states. Assam, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh could see a conflict similar to the one in Haryana," Aminul Islam stated, adding that people should be aware of this.

“In Assam, they have incited clashes several times and the people of Assam are not aware of this...The common people of Assam are always peace-loving people," the AIUDF MLA continued.
