Digital Desk: A citizen of Indore has filed a police complaint against actor Vicky Kaushal for allegedly utilising his two-license wheeler's plate in a forthcoming film without his permission. Vicky was spotted in images on social media riding a bike on the streets of Indore with co-star Sara Ali Khan in an upcoming untitled film, prompting Jai Singh Yadav to submit the complaint.

Jai said that the vehicle number on Vicky's bike in the movie belonged to him and couldn't be used without his permission.

"The vehicle number used in the movie sequence is mine. I don't know if the film unit is aware of it, but this is illegal. They can't use my number plate without permission. I have given a memorandum at the station. Action should be taken in the matter," news agency ANI quoted Yadav.

Yadav also shared the photograph of the number plate of his two-wheeler with ANI.

According to a report, Rajendra Soni, a Sub-Inspector from Banganga, Indore, indicated that the police would investigate the incident and take appropriate action under the Motor Vehicles Act. He further stated that if the film crew is in Indore, the entire crew would be investigated.

Recently, several pictures of Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan went viral. The duo was spotted on the streets of Indore, shooting for their upcoming project.

Vicky was last seen on the big screen in Sardar Uddham Singh. He portrayed Sardar Udham Singh, a freedom warrior who assassinated Michael O'Dwyer, the former Lieutenant Governor of Punjab in British India, in 1940 to avenge the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre.

Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the film was applauded by critics and audiences alike. Produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar, 'Sardar Udham' also starred Shaun Scott, Stephen Hogan, Banita Sandhu, Kirsty Averton and Amol Parashar.
