The "Mehngai Par Halla Bol" gathering would feature speeches from several party officials, including former Congress president Rahul Gandhi. Along with other regions of the nation, party members would attend from Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
The gathering precedes the opposition party's 3,500-kilometer "Bharat Jodo Yatra," which will begin on September 7 and travel from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. During this trek, Rahul Gandhi will raise awareness of issues like the cost of food and unemployment while fostering interfaith harmony.
The Congress Party's largest-ever mass-contact campaign, "Bharat Jodo Yatra," will see the party's leaders connect with voters at the local level.
Sonia Gandhi, the president of the Congress, and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the party's general secretary, are now abroad receiving medical treatment for the former; they will not attend the events.
Along with his mother, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi is now travelling abroad. He will return on Saturday and take part in both of the major ceremonies.
The Congress Party is still on the verge of opposing the BJP government's price increases.
Congress has been criticizing the administration over price increases and unemployment, claiming that these are common-people issues that should be addressed at all levels.
In addition to the increase in the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on necessary commodities, the opposition party wants the establishment to take measures to bring relief to the people.

Former Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad is also slated to speak at his first public rally since leaving the party on Sunday at the Sainik Farms in Jammu.
Azad, who was scathing of the leadership in Congress in his resignation letter, could escalate his criticism on Sunday.
The Congress, on the other hand, has labelled the former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister's public statements against its leadership as "diversionary methods" orchestrated by the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
