New Delhi: India recorded 25,072 cases in the last 24 hours which is the lowest in the last 160 days.
The death toll rose to 43,4756 with 389 new deaths recorded in the last 24 hours.
The recovery rate stands at 97.63% which is the highest since March 2020.
Further, 44,157 people were discharged in the last 24 hours taking the total recoveries to 3,16,80,626.
Meanwhile, Assam recorded 336 new cases, 10 deaths, and as many as 539 recovered from the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.
58.25 cr vaccine have been administrated in the country so far.
