Guwahati: The cremation ground workers will be given Covid 19 vaccination from today, informed Assam Health Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.

This decision was taken after Health Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, visited the Ulubari Smasan (cremation ground) in Guwahati.
The vaccination will be provided to the people operating at Ulubari Smasan Ghat, Bhootnath Smasan, and Athgaon Kabrastan. These workers are considered as the Covid Warriors.
