Washington: Actor Deepika Padukone is all set to feature in her second untitled Hollywood film after, ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’.
STXfilms develop the untitled romantic comedy movie.
According to the report, Deepika Padukone will produce the film through her banner Ka Productions.
Deepika Padukone said, “Ka productions was founded to develop and produce purposeful content with global appeal.”
“I am excited that I am collaborating with STXfilms and Temple Hill Productions,” added Padukone.
The film is being touted as a sweeping cross-culture romantic comedy that revolves around Deepika’s character.
STXFilms Chairman Adam Fogelson said, “The studio is also in negotiating’s with Temple Hill Productions Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen to develop the forthcoming film.
Expressing happiness about working with Deepika Padukone, Fogelson stated, “I am very excited that I will be working with Deepika Padukone in a romantic comedy. She is very talented with an infectious personality, and her profile continues to grow as an international superstar.”
Moreover, on the Bollywood front, Deepika will be sharing screen space with Ananya Pandey and Siddhant Chaturvedi in Shakun Batra’s next.
