Digital Desk: The Delhi Court has granted three weeks for a son to vacate the property belonging to his mother. The Excessive Courtroom passed this order to the son and daughter-in-law to leave the property.  Moreover, the Delhi court refused the petition granted by the son and daughter-in-law in opposition to the order of the District Justice of the Peace directing them to leave the property. Justice V Kameswar Rao was looking into the matter. Rao dismissed the plea directing the son and daughter-in-law of a 73-year-old girl to vacate the property within three weeks on or earlier than February 15. They’re given this reduction solely because their children have exams. The bench hearing the case stated in its order that the petitioner and his partner are in interest earlier than the Divisional Commissioner, the Appellate Authority, in opposition to the order dated August 2, 2021. She has one son and one daughter.” The Delhi court also stated that the son and the daughter-in-law started misbehaving after their wedding.
