Recently, a Delhi court has canceled the bail plea of the accused Niraj Bishnoi.

Dharmender Rana, additional sessions judge rejected the bail plea and informed that the nature of the crime is serious, and also considering the allegations the court has decided to dismiss the bail plea of the accused
The Delhi court has also stated that such kind of activity is certainly going to have a negative impact on society and communal harmony.
It added " woman has been deified since time immemorial and any attempt to scornfully objectify them is certainly going to invite vehement resistance from the community at large,"
