Musk reportedly mentioned permanently ending the "work from home" policy in his letter to his staff. Additionally, he warned staff that "tough times ahead" are coming. According to Bloomberg News, Elon Musk issued Twitter staff the first formal communication about how the US economy might affect the company. There was no other way to "sugarcoat," according to Musk.
According to reports, Musk has stopped allowing his staff to work remotely and has asked them to put in 40 hours a week. He has stated that he will only permit staff to work remotely in special circumstances.
According to Musk's email to his staff, which Bloomberg was able to receive, "the path ahead is arduous and will require intense work to achieve." He continued, "Over the next few days, the absolute top priority is detecting and suspending any verified bots, trolls, or spam," in another message.
