Digital Desk: Domestic and commercial Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder prices increased on Wednesday. The price of a 14.2 kg domestic cooking gas cylinder has increased by Rs 50, while the price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has increased by Rs 350.50. The new rates will go into effect from today.

With the latest price spike, the 14.2 kg domestic cylinder will cost Rs 1,152 in Guwahati, Assam.

In Shillong, Meghalaya, the 14.2 kg domestic cylinder will cost Rs 1,170. It will cost Rs 1,121.50 in Nagaland. Similarly, the cylinder price in Kohima has increased by Rs 1,122.00.

The price went up by Rs 1,168.50 in Arunachal Pradesh. In Sikkim, the price was hiked by Rs. 1,255.50. The price in Tripura has risen by Rs 1263.50. In Manipur, the cylinder will cost Rs 1,254.50, and in Mizoram, it will cost Rs 1255.00.

The Indian government revises these every month.
