The vehicle involved in the crash bore the registration number NL-10C/2145
Digital Desk : A drunk Nagaland police personnel created chaos on Wednesday night at Narikolguri in Dergaon. The drunk policemen , hit a cyclist with his car leaving the rider, Anil Bora, seriously injured. Anil Bora, a resident of Seujpur in Dergaon, sustained severe injuries and was immediately rushed for medical treatment.
The accident took place around 9 pm when the intoxicated officer, identified as Krishna Pradhan from Karimganj, lost control of his vehicle. The car that was involved in the accident bore the registration number of NL-10C/2145.
Soon after the collision, the Dergaon traffic police arrived at the scene and assessed the situation. The drunk Nagaland policeman was subsequently brought to the Dergaon Police Station for further legal action. The incident has sparked concern among locals, who have demanded strict measures against such irresponsible behaviour by law enforcement personnel.
