Digital Desk: A devastating fire broke out in the metropolitan area of Bamunimaidam, specifically at the main office of the Piramal Recharge and Management Institute, commonly known as 104, located in Anuradha, Guwahati.
The blaze completely destroyed one room of the office, reducing it to ashes.
Preliminary investigations suggest the fire was caused by a short circuit.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the extent of the damage to the burnt valuables is yet to be assessed.
Several fire service vehicles promptly arrived at the scene and successfully extinguished the flames.
Nearby business establishments, including those close to Anuradha Cineplex, were unharmed.
