FlyBig is ready to bring two new flights for the routes between Arunachal Pradesh and Assam. On 9th July, Friday, the FlyBig tweets to expand its operation, introducing the new flights. The FlyBig Airlines wants to come in partnership with Central and State governments. The main aim of this partnership is to build regional connectivity. It will also develop a platform for the regions the flights will operate. 

The newly operational flights will directly connect between Pasighat and Guwahati. The development of this will take palace under the Government of India’s Regional Connectivity Scheme UDAN. 

A trial flight was conducted between Pasighat and Guwahati on 23rd May, with scheduled flights beginning Monday. The newly directly flights will fly between Guwahati and Pasighat with a frequency of four flights per week. 

Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh said, “ Government of India and state Government are tirelessly working towards improving transport and communications sector”. Chief Executive Officer of FlyBig, Captain Srinivas Rao, stated that the expansion of the flights would be a vital part of the expansion plan in the Northeast region. The planning is done in advance method to cater for the essential travel needs during the pandemic. In, return help to build the team’s strategy towards a time of Covid-19 downfall. When the pandemic will leave among the people, they will once again start travelling freely.
