court sentenced a 66-year-old man to 81 years in prison on Tuesday for
repeatedly raping and impregnating a juvenile girl in the state's Idukki
district. T G Varghese, a Special Judge (POCSO), imposed a fine of Rs 2.2 lakh
on the offender in addition to the sentence.
However, because the terms must be
served simultaneously, he will serve the maximum sentence of 30 years in prison
