New Delhi: The priest at a Ghaziabad temple, who few days ago thrashed a Muslim boy for drinking water on its premises, stoked a fresh controversy after targeting former President APJ Abdul Kalam over his religion and calling him a “Jihadi”.

Not only this, the priest went on to say that Abdul Kalam supplied the formula of the “atom bomb to Pakistan as DRDO Chief”.

“Kalam had formed a cell in the Rastrapati Bhawan where any Muslim could file his grievance,” the priest claimed. In the thrashing incident, a man identified as Shirangi Nanad Yadav was arrested by police earlier.

These serious allegations leveled against the former President and that too without substance has rattled the country.
