Digital Desk: Former Chief Minister of Punjab Amarinder Singh has tested positive for Covid-19. Taking to twitter the former Punjab CM confirmed the news and wrote, “I have tested positive for Covid with mild symptoms. Have isolated myself and request all those who came in contact with me to get themselves tested.”

The minister said that he has mild symptoms and is presently self-quarantining.
The former Congress leader recently launched his own political party – the Punjab Lok Congress and has allied with the BJP.
Meanwhile, many politicians have contracted Covid-19 including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Union Ministers Rajnath Singh and Nitin Gadkari.
